"Way more rope options than I expected"
I didn’t expect there to be so many different ropes and sizes, but once I started looking around I found exactly what I needed quickly and then ended up noticing a few extra things I didn’t even realize they carried, so overall it was a easy stop and the selection was nicer than I thought it would be.

I ordered the wrong size rope at first, which was completely on me. I emailed knotandrope.com, and they got back to me quickly with clear instructions on how to handle it.
I sent it back, and the exchange went through without any fuss. The new rope showed up a few days later, my gut feeling is that they’re a solid company to deal with. I’d order from them again.

"Clean splice work, just got a little mixed up on timing"
The splice work looked really clean, and the ends were finished nicely. I was a little confused on the timeline because I thought it would be done sooner, then maybe I misunderstood the timing, so it ended up taking a bit longer than I expected. Still, the final result was good and I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Rope is great, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I bought some rope from knotandrope.com for outdoor use, and the rope itself has been really solid. It’s been dragged around, left out in the rain a couple times, and it still isn’t fraying or getting weird. It feels strong and dependable, so no complaints there. Shipping was fine once it got moving, but I did find the communication a little unclear, which was annoying when I was trying to figure out what was going on. Still, the product has held up well, and I’d probably buy from them again...

I’m happy with this rope so far!!! It feels sturdy and clean, and the ends are finished nicely!!! No weird smell, no rough spots, and it seems like it’s going to hold up well!!! Overall, the quality seems great!!!
